Clinical care
Clinical decisions remain with practitioners
Website content and automated guidance are general information and do not replace a consultation with a qualified practitioner. Completing an assessment or booking does not guarantee that treatment or medication is clinically appropriate. Practitioners retain responsibility for clinical decisions.
Urgent care
Emergencies
FIG is not an emergency service. If you have severe symptoms, a serious reaction, or an immediate safety concern, call Triple Zero (000) or seek urgent medical care. Do not rely on chat, email, or SMS for emergency assistance.
Accounts and billing
Using FIG services
Keep login and verification credentials private and tell FIG promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Prices, billing frequency, inclusions, cancellation conditions, and applicable refund terms are shown before purchase and form part of the selected service.
